Custom Order

Have a glass component you need manufactured? Our experienced team specializes in custom precision glass cutting and fabrication for optical, industrial, and technical applications. From simple cut-to-size glass substrates to complex multi-step fabricated components, we turn your specifications into high-quality glass parts with accuracy and consistency.

All fabrication is completed in-house, allowing us to maintain strict process control from material selection through final inspection. Submit your project details through our inquiry form and our team will respond within one business day to discuss feasibility, tolerances, and lead time.

About the Process

We manufacture glass components based on your specifications and application requirements. Detailed CAD drawings are welcome but not mandatory — dimensioned sketches, reference samples, or written specifications are also acceptable.

To ensure accurate quotation and production, please provide as much information as possible, including:

  • Glass material type (optical glass, quartz, borosilicate, etc.)
  • Thickness and dimensional requirements
  • Quantity
  • Surface finish or optical requirements (if applicable)
  • Intended application or operating environment

For simple cut-to-size glass, drawings are not required — specifications alone are sufficient. If you have multiple files or references, you may submit them together for review.

Fabrication & Delivery Options

Custom glass fabrication orders can be shipped worldwide with appropriate protective packaging. Local pickup and special delivery arrangements are also available upon request, depending on project size and fragility.

Each project is reviewed individually to determine the safest and most efficient delivery method.

Production Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on glass type, processing complexity, tolerance requirements, and current production load. Some simple cutting projects can be completed within several business days, while more complex optical fabrication may require additional processing time.

Typical lead times range from one to four weeks for most custom projects. If your application has a critical deadline, please inform us in advance so we can evaluate expedited production options where possible.

Production begins only after order confirmation and payment approval to ensure accuracy and scheduling reliability.
