A concave (negative) lens diverges collimated light and carries a negative focal length — the element you reach for when you need to expand a beam, widen a system's field of view, or cancel the positive power of a convex element. We produce plano-concave and bi-concave lenses in H-K9L optical glass, fused silica, and quartz, with anti-reflection coatings spanning the visible through 1700 nm. Standard diameters run from ½″ to 2″; custom radii, thicknesses, and small-batch OEM runs come off our own grinding, polishing, and coating lines.
